We have some more ghostly photos that seem to defy explanation and would love to hear more of your own unexplained experiences. Drop an email to andy@wave105.com if you'd like to chat with Jonathan tonight.

Hi Andy and Jonathan, Thought you might be interested to see a photo taken last Friday at a Battle of Britain mess dinner at Fort Blockhouse. The bands conductor had got me to conduct the band for a bit of fun, so my husband snapped me at the front of the band. Not until next morning did we notice the orbs on several pictures, This is the most dramatic, when enlarged it clearly shows swirls and shapes inside with a ragged edge,(almost sun like) with colours like an aura all the way around.

Strange things often appear in photographs around me, It doesn’t worry me at all but I would like to know what is going on. We have taken lots more pictures to check if there is a problem with the lens and there`s nothing showing up at all! I would be interested in your opinion on this. Hope to hear from you soon,

Regards, Sandra

REVIEWS

"The Lost Boys really are a great band. Their combination of catchy melodies and sharp observational lyrics put them in direct linage with classic British bands from The Kinks through to Squeeze, Madness, Blur and Arctic Monkeys." New Reviews

"The thing with the The Lost Boys is that these songs seem to come so easy to them, it all comes across very natural. This line up has not been together for very long so they can only get better which is both an incredibly exciting thought and almost a scary one!. Dan Ash, Shaun Ashley, James Millar and Jason Daniels make up a very special band. You should cherish them..." Unplug The Jukebox

"These local indie boys about town are certainly up and coming! Citing The Beatles, The Jam and The Clash as their influences these boys may look like they still ask their older brothers to buy their cider but they are certainly wise enough and ready to take on the world with their ballsy brand of Britpop." Soul Cellar

"Showing a maturity in songwriting beyond writer and front man Daniel Ash's 19 years" Away From The Numbers

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE LOST BOYS

-------------------------------------------------------------

The Lost Boys are an up-and-coming Indie band from Southampton. If you like your music short and sharp, full of energy, quirky lyrics and catchy hooks we could well be the band that you've been searching for!. Our music is heavily influenced by all the great british bands of the past few decades and all the things that surround us in our everyday lives and is the perfect soundtrack for anybody who wants to listen!.

In early 2010 Shaun Ashley and Jason Daniels joined the band, adding an extra dimension to the sound and bringing new influences to the table. Suited, booted and with an enormous stack of material, the futures never looked more promising.

So far we've gigged at local's like The Joiners, The Soul Cellar and Hamptons Bar headlining our own shows and supporting great bands like The Pipettes, The Supernovas, The Reason and The Bishops as well as playing local festivals and having airplay on BBC radio Solent and BBC 6 music.

We put every effort into making our live show as energetic as possible and this year we hope to get off the Southampton track and play to a wider range of audiences up and down the country. With a growing fanbase, gleaming reviews of the debut EP, and some exciting dates lined up, this looks like it could be an important year for us.

Since we don't really believe in charging for our music at this point, if you want any of the tracks on a CD, or in MP3 format for you're Pods, just give us a shout on the myspace/below e-mail adress and we'll sort you out! We're always really happy to hear from you if you like the music, or want to chat. So put on your dancing shoes and dive right in. Lets hope 2010 is a great year for all the lost boys & girls across the universe.

Paranormal night - More Unexplained things caught on camera

Tonight we’re inviting you to call in if anything unusual has happened to you that you want explaining.

Paranormal investigator Jonathan Fost is here to help you get to the bottom of the mystery. Email andy@wave105.com with the details and we’ll help you solve it.

From lauren and carla:

when we walked through the door to go upstairs there was nothing on the floor, once we got upstairs we looked back down to where we walked took a picture and the white thing showed up on the camera????????? from Lauren and Carla

Hello Guys,

I went on a paranormal investigation at Bodmin Gaol in October of last year with my partner and took this picture, We tried to recreate the picture (pic 13) but there was nothing there when we took the second one.

We were told that Bodmin used to hang people and what we saw in the window looks like a man in a hanging mask. There was nothing behind me while I took the picture but a stairwell, so keeping in mind the distance of how far something would have had to have been to be that size in the window doesn't make sense. The photo was taken in an area within the air flow tower on level three where we were told that an 'entity' had been felt! I did some crystal scrying there and was able to communicate with a guard that used to work there which was really interesting.

Have a look at the picture and let me know what you think. Thanks and regards.
Darren

Songs

“If Pain Had a Name”, “Violet Blue”, “The Hot Summer Sun”, “One Night”, “Sun” and “Sit Back”.

About Sturdy

"The Weyfest line-up was done and dusted when we were approached at a festival by someone singing STURDY’s praises and pleading for us to book him – one of many, as you can imagine. But he was dragged in front of us to sing a couple of songs and, yes, we were knocked out! We’ve ‘squeezed him in’ and we are sure you will be as impressed as we were."
What Millie Luxford said about me in the Chichester news:

"Someone who is playing in Chichester this month who is well worth checking out is the sublime Tim Sturdy.

Now, he is a singer/songwriter that hails from the Witts and is a true talent that we harbour in our County. His vocals have a beautiful Jim Morrison feel to them and his songs are truly distinctive, he is so good it almost makes you rethink your views on Country music which is where his roots are clearly based (that was meant to come out much less insulting than I fear it did!) Anyway, Mr Tim Sturdy is my pick of the week."
