· Described as “The happiest band in the UK”.
· The band have performed live on GMTV, at Bestival 2010 and recently had their song 'Speaking on the Telephone' used on BBC Two drama, The Cut.
· Hopefully confirmed to play Bestival + Camp Bestival.
· They released their debut EP, ‘Hairbrushes for Microphones’ in February.
· 'You C: Drive me crazy' – they’ve recently been filming the video to this song.
· They were given some pink satin sheets that were used by THE SATURDAYS. Not sure what we're actually going do with them... all suggestions welcome... (from F’book)
· Vicki’s Mum made some amazing cup cakes for their launch party – there’s a photo of them on Facebook.
Biog
Me and My Sister are/pop band from the Isle of Wight best known for our live performance on GMTV. We were handpicked by Rob da Bank to play Bestival, have supported the Pigeon Detectives at White Air Extreme Sports festival and have had our music used on a BBC drama.
Following a very successful EP launch earlier this month, we're organising a tour in late July. Playing upbeat, witty songs about boys, Britney and Bestival (complete with handclaps and harmonies). We write songs about the important things in life (such as how jealous we are of our friend for meeting Lorraine Kelly).
