Biog

Lucy’s been playing guitar since she was 10. Among the other instruments on the track, she is playing electro-acoustic on her single Wishing on a Star. When writing her own songs she nearly always starts working on the melody by playing around with different chord sequences and progressions.

She has a very good understanding of music theory (she passed her music GCSE O level a year early and got a grade A pass) and is accomplished in a variety of finger picking styles. Lucy has accompanied herself on electro-acoustic guitar at a number of local festivals in the past including the Gosport Waterfront Festival which she has been asked back to year after year since getting a standing ovation from a crowd of around 4000 when she did her first appearance there aged 11.

Lucy also played her guitar and sang live to a crowd of 3000 at the Hammersmith Apollo in London when she was just 13, she reached the last 200 out of 50,000 that auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent, she got 3 yeses from the judges Simon Cowell, Peers Morgan & Amanda Holden.
