Sunday's Evening Show

A slight change of plan, We were to have had Jim from The White Star in Oxford Street with us tonight, but he's just become a dad, and obviously has his hands full at the moment. So.... We'll have Ian Nelson from Sunnyfields Farm in with the Jamie from the Bugle at Hamble, as always cooking live in the studio. This week we'll give you the chance to taste the food we'll be cooking with a great prize on offer from White Star and La Cantina, Southampton - prize value £300. On the menu tonight: Quick cured mackerel fillet with a radish and grapefruit salad. Sea Trout fillet with local potatoes, samphire and a tomoto viege dressing. (No I don't know what that is either!)
