Sunday 4th July food and music

Tonight is another evening of food and music on the Sunday evening show. At 8 I’ll be joined as always by Ian Nelson from Sunnyfields, and Limewood Hotel’s renowned Michelin starred Chef Alex Aitken will be cooking live on the show.
Renowned for his appreciation of local produce and imaginative approach to designing dishes, Alex is consultant Chef at Lime Wood. He’ll be cooking two dishes:

Summer Garden Risotto
(A delicious dish of creamy arborio rice with freshly picked beans herbs leaves from the Whitley Walled Garden)

Rare Haunch Of New Forest Roe Deer
(a lovely tender young buck served with a light summer feel)

We’ll also be giving away the final pair of tickets for the charity event he’s involved in - the details are below.

Full time student, writing songs in the in between, it's a tough life :) I'm always continuing to update my material, so keep checking the myspace, facebook and youtube pages for more stuff being added.
