I'm back on the live evening show with more food and music! First between 8 and 9 our resident chef and farmer Ian Nelson from http://www.sunnyfields.co.uk/ will be cooking live, he'll be bringing local broad beans and beetroot, and I'll be bringing in another mystery ingredient for Ian to turn into a main course. He doesn't know what it is but I can confirm this week it's NOT fish!
